Forenom sells four aparthotel units in Sweden to COLIVE

Forenom has sold four aparthotel units in Sweden as part of its strategy to further focus on long-stay accommodation solutions for business customers across the Nordics and Germany.

The units will be taken over by Stockholm-based operator COLIVE, which plans to develop the locations under its new hybrid hospitality concept, The Nooq. COLIVE will begin operating the units in April 2026.

The transaction includes the operational transfer of Forenom Aparthotels Malmö Varvsstaden, Lund, Stockholm Bromma and Stockholm Alvik. Annordia acted as advisor to Forenom in the sales process

“We are pleased to see Colive and their Nooq initiative take these units forward. It will be exciting to see their concept and approach continue to develop the units.” says Erik Johnson, Country Director at Forenom Sweden.

“We are very pleased to take over these well-located units from Forenom. Their aparthotel portfolio has played an important role in shaping the long-stay accommodation market in Sweden. With The Nooq, we look forward to building on that foundation and evolving the locations into community-centered hybrid hotels designed for today’s more flexible ways of living and staying.” says Niklas Andersson, CEO at COLIVE.

Following the transaction, Forenom will continue to develop its core offering of serviced apartments and flexible long-stay accommodation solutions for business customers across the Nordics and Germany.
