We are expanding rapidly in Copenhagen with over 300 new serviced apartments. Our customers’ needs in Denmark are growing fast, and we have had very high utilization rates for our existing portfolio in recent years. These new apartments are a perfect match and addition to our existing offering in terms of size, location, price level and environmental friendliness. As is the Forenom concept, the selection of apartments offer a lot of flexibility and variety to choose from, from studio apartments to larger apartments with three or four bedrooms.

These 300+ apartments are all located in center of Copenhagen and nearby areas like Amager, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Østerbro, Valby, Frederiksberg, Rødovre, Herlev, Glostrup and Søborg.
The new apartments will be ready for our customers starting from the beginning of September 2022. All apartments will be outfitted according to the Forenom concept and brand, fully furnished and move-in-ready for our guests.
Altogether, Forenom now offers almost 900 fully furnished and move-in-ready apartments in Denmark, in addition to over 8000 furnished apartments in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
