Hotel-like apartments reach Lapland – 69 serviced apartments to be opened in Rovaniemi

The apartment destination with hotel services is the first of its kind in Rovaniemi.

The accommodation unit currently under construction in Toripuistikko, Rovaniemi will open to customers in the spring of 2019. The size of the apartments ranges from studios to two-bedroom apartments, offering flexible solutions also for longer stays. Home-like accommodation is guaranteed by an open kitchen, which serves as the center of the apartments designed in Scandinavian style.

“Our customers can enjoy a genuine Nordic lifestyle, as the apartments are real homes with kitchens and laundry facilities. At the same time, staying is as easy as in a hotel because cleaning is included in the price and the code lock system allows checking in to our apartments 24 hours a day without any time spent on checking in and out”, says Forenom’s Area Manager Jere Pihlajaniemi.

The apartment destination is designed to primarily serve businesses and seasonal workers travelling for work, but also leisure travelers coming to admire Nordic life and nature.
