Forenom Group has appointed Georgios Panagopoulos as Country Director for Forenom Sweden, effective 30 September 2026. Press release 29.9.2026

Forenom provides corporate housing for the people behind projects that are vital to society, such as infrastructure, construction, relocation, green energy, data centers and defense. When projects are large and complex, predictable accommodation matters. The company reduces that complexity with move-in-ready apartments and scalable solutions that adapt as project plans change.

Sweden is a key market for Forenom, with more than 1,300 apartments in more than 10 towns and cities. The company recently sold some of its aparthotels in Sweden to fully focus its strategy on the fast-growing market for corporate long-stay accommodation. As Country Director, Georgios will lead the Swedish business into its next strategic phase.

“The next phase in Sweden calls for high-quality service and execution for corporate clients. What stands out in Georgios is his combination of strategic insight, operational depth and commercial sharpness, together with a modern, hands-on leadership style. I am confident he is the right leader to take Forenom Sweden forward,” says Jussi Saarinen, CEO of Forenom Group.

“I am excited to have been given the opportunity and the trust to execute Forenom’s strategic transformation in Sweden, to extend our footprint and to maximize our potential in a promising corporate housing market. For our customers, we provide home-like accommodation they can rely on, so their teams can concentrate on delivering the projects that matter,” says Georgios Panagopoulos, Country Director, Forenom Sweden.

Sweden is a key market for Forenom, with more than 1,300 apartments in more than 10 towns and cities.
