The Nordic regions’ leading corporate housing provider Forenom opens 90 new high quality, extended-stay apartments for business travellers in Oslo. Forenom believes that the new concept supports Oslo as a destination which attracts international companies to set up or expand their business in Norway.
The main goal is to create peace and quality for business travellers
The new extended-stay concept opened on January 24th, with 90 apartments located on Kongens gate 9, Oslo. This concept has been established to serve international professionals with longer stays greater than three months. Forenom believes that new apartments are suited to business travellers and workers staying in the city for a few months during their work project, or before settling as a permanent resident.
‘’We are willing to play an important role in building the city center’s attractiveness for international professionals. Our new location in Oslo is a place where companies’ employees can easily settle and enjoy their professional and private life with all the facilities needed’’, says Forenom CEO Johannes Kangas.
Building attractive cities for businesses
Forenom has been serving business travellers for 18 years and understands the accommodation requirements of business customers. The company is known for challenging the corporate housing market by offering alternatives for traditional hotel accommodation. Based on their experience, high quality and flexibility are not always enough to attract new business to town.
‘’We believe that professional business travellers are not only in need of high quality home-like living but also affordable pricing. For this reason, we have created exceptional pricing. For example, in this new extended-stay location one-bedroom apartment pricing starts from less than 15 000 NOK/month including everything, even taxes’’, says Kangas.
Forenom is a professionally run accommodation company with tested processes and 24/7 customer service.
Forenom has a long professional track record as a provider of highly versatile corporate housing solutions in the Nordic countries. Forenom manages over 5000 serviced apartments and aparthotel and hostel rooms in all major Scandinavian cities, accommodating over 90 000 travellers every year. Forenom is the Nordic market leader in corporate housing in terms of net sales, and is currently operating in countries such as Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The company operates 25 local offices and over 400 employees. Forenom’s goal is to continue growing rapidly and become the leading accommodation service provider within Northern Europe.
In Forenom’s current expansion phase, a leading Nordic investment and asset management company CapMan has made a significant investment in Forenom. This investment is expected to accelerate Forenom’s growth and development opportunities internationally.
