Filling the gap between quality standards
The second gap which exists in Norway relates to the current corporate housing offering in the markets. The example is intentionally over simplified. Companies in a need of temporary housing have basically two options: serviced apartment in the city center or a barrack accommodation at the contract site. The gap is huge between these two options and reasonably priced standardized corporate housing options are missing.
