Check-in and check-out with zero human interaction
We use key codes and key boxes in our apartments and rooms for 0 human contact. Most of our accommodation units have digital code locks for key-less entry. As for those locations with traditional keys, we will deliver them to you using key boxes, to further decrease person-to-person contact at this time.
Our Customer Service is 100% digital
Our trained personnel are always ready to provide support and assistance. Our customer service is available 24/7. You can reach us by phone, email and chat or book easily online to decrease person-to-person contact. Need to extend your reservation? If your accommodation agreement is about to end, but you do not wish or are unable to return home yet, you can extend your reservation easily online.
We deliver multiple services to your door – Safe & free delivery!
In addition to our regular additional services, we’ve created new services to help you while remote working or under quarantine. Order e.g. a hygiene package, extra tables and chairs or an extra fridge from our Customer Service. Free delivery is always included in the price! For the safety of our guests and employees, we will not enter apartments or rooms while guests are inside – we will leave deliveries outside your door.
4. Serviced apartment is the most convenient place to stay during isolation
We offer home-like accommodation solutions move-in ready to meet all your daily living needs, including tableware, cooking utensils, and linen. When compared to a hotel stay, 2-week quarantine in furnished apartment both saves on costs and offers a more comfortable and pleasant experience. Just like at home!
5. We clean extra carefully, and only while guests are not inside the apartment
We always maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our apartments and rooms, but we are now taking extra measures in our cleaning and hygiene protocols. Our staff have been trained to adhere to health authorities’ guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.
For the safety of our guests and employees, we will not enter apartments or rooms while guests are inside – we do weekly cleaning only while guests are not inside the apartment.
