Doers who live for challenges, big opportunities and responsibility

Founded in Finland in 2001, Forenom has grown to become one of the top serviced apartments providers in Europe, focused on catering to companies’ accommodation needs. Our services give companies, organizations, and universities the flexibility and opportunity to recruitthe best and the brightest talent, from Bergen to New Delhi, as project workers or business developers. People might need to stay only temporarily, but they still want the comfort and freedom that an apartment provides.

Forenom is renowned for its long-standing customer relationships, as well as its committed employees and culture that emphasizes courage. We operate in five countries and employ approximately 450 professionals in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany. Our core values celebrate bravery, being 100% open-minded and the conviction that we get more done together.

At Forenom, the fact that not everyone speaks the local language fluently is not a problem but an opportunity, as our official working language is English. Our international work environment also helps our local employees to develop and see things in a new light. This creativity is essential for our growth and for meeting our customers’ accommodation needs, as we manage over 9000 move-in-ready locations in the Nordic countries and add new capacity to our customers’ accommodation requests in Central Europe.

Koskinen moves to Forenom from Wärtsilä Oyj.
