We are now looking for a Nordic Procurement Manager with an ability and willingness to grow to a bigger role as the entity grows. The role is full-time.
You will be located at Forenom’s office in central Stockholm or Oslo (Helsinki is also possible) and report directly to the Head of Procurement. An active, secondary reporting line is to the Country Directors in Sweden and Norway. Your key target is to ensure that Forenom in Sweden and Norway have a supplier network that meets Forenom´s quality standards and is cost-efficient. The second key mission is to drive the procurement system setup.
You keep Forenom’s area organizations updated and trained in effective ways to make procurements. You take care of the existing supplier network and actively search for new suppliers. You actively follow and manage the existing vendors’ spending and payment term development and report them to the supervisor. You work as an active part of the Procurement team. Together with the team, you support and develop ONE FORENOM -procurement towards the chosen direction.
- Support Sweden’s and Norway’s business in direct and indirect procurement
- Project Manager for the new procurement system (when the system is running, Manager is “Product Owner for the system)

We are looking for you who already have some experience of Procurement systems.
- Your passion is to negotiate and build a working supplier network
- You are confident in yourself and enterprising
- You can be both diplomatic and motivational
- You can work independently and have your own inner drive
- You are communicative and good at seeking information
- You master Swedish and English in speech and writing (Finnish/ Norwegian is favorable)
