At Forenom, we always maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our apartments and rooms, but we are now taking extra measures in our cleaning and hygiene protocols. Our staff have been trained to adhere to health authorities’ guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.
Changes to the cleaning and maintenance during the stay
For the safety of our guests and staff, we currently do not automatically carry out cleanings during your stay in the Helsinki region starting from 8 March.
This special arrangement is in place due to the COVID-19 expansion in the Helsinki region and will be valid for at least next three weeks and the situation will be followed closely.
However clean linens and towels will be delivered to the entrance of your accommodation according to your cleaning timetable.
What to do if you would still like to have cleaning during your stay?
- If your contract includes cleaning during your stay, you need to book the cleaning service separately by contacting our customer service or by using this link.
- Please note, that we do not come into the room or apartment to clean while the guests are inside, so you will have to be elsewhere during the time of the cleaning.
- If your contract includes cleaning during your stay, clean linens and towels will be delivered to the entrance of your accommodation according to your cleaning timetable. If you would like to cancel that service as well, please contact us by using this link.
