Moving in

It is simple to move into a Forenom apartment as it is fully furnished and equipped. Apartment’s condition and furnishing depends on the service level of the apartment. Basic furniture includes beds, mattresses, rugs, curtains and lightning. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen table and chairs, microwave oven, coffeemaker and basic dishes, cookware and cutlery. The apartments also have cleaning equipment. In most cases, we can also provide the apartment with additional furniture and equipment.

Forenom also offers extra services. You can for example order weekly cleaning, linen change, extra home appliances (such as a rice cooker), and depending on the apartment, Internet-connection or digital television channels. You can order the services by calling our customer service.

Living

Forenom’s rent payment is simple as the rent includes all expenses, from water and electricity to additional services such as an Internet connection, change of bed linen and cleaning. The price of the apartment depends on the apartment itself, its level of service and its furniture. We accept the following payment methods: bank card and common credit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

In general we use a deposit of one month’s rent. We can also agree on the deposit case-by-case. You receive the key after the payment of the deposit.

Leaving

According to our approach, Forenom services must be flexible according to the needs of our customers. If at some point your Forenom apartment starts to feel too big, too small or too expensive, there is a possibility to change it to another Forenom apartment without any extra costs.

Also, with Forenom you don’t have to be committed to a long rental agreement. The term of notice of Forenom’s lodging agreement ranges from 7 days to one month, depending on the contract type. If you plan to terminate the contract and move out, just let us know by giving us a call.
