 Basic

The apartment is in satisfactory condition and the furniture is quite simple. Our designers have utilized recycled furniture whenever possible. Surfaces may show wear and tear, and often have a vinyl flooring. The kitchen and the bathroom are in their original condition and have not been renovated. 

 Standard

The apartment is in fair condition. Both the furniture and the interior design in general are plain, and the flooring is either vinyl or laminate. The kitchen and the bathroom are in fair condition. The general appearance and the furnishings of the apartment are adequate. 

 Superior

The apartment is in good condition, either completely new or recently renovated. The kitchen and the bathroom correspond to the higher standards of today. Bed linen and towels as well as an Internet connection are included in the price. Small details in the interior design make the apartment cozy and comfortable. 

    Premium 

The apartment is either completely new or renovated to an excellent condition. A touch of luxury and an individual styling makes the resident feel at home. The stylish interior is complemented with well furnished kitchen and bathroom facilities, both in an excellent condition. The apartment is either centrally located or provides an excellent view. Bed linen and towels, as well as a fixed Internet connection are included in the price.
