Forenom is an accommodation and relocation service provider. Forenom is Barona’s subsidiary and was established in 2001. Forenom services consist of three components: accommodation services (short-term furnished apartments and hotels), relocation services, and financial management of properties. In 2011, Forenom's net sales were approximately 19 million euros.

The service covers the supply of accommodation in apartments from studios to a family houses, and from basic apartments to luxury housing. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped for quick moving in and comfortable living. Relocation service helps a relocated employee to adapt into the new country and culture. Forenom financial management of properties is to ensure the landlord uninterrupted and hassle-free return on home ownership by taking care of the rent payment and housing rehabilitation.

Forenom operates in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Lahti, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Vaasa and Oulu, as well as in Stockholm, St. Petersburg and Tallinn. Forenom currently has a little over 1500 apartments.
